Reach For The STAARS
Reach for the STAARS is a subsidiary program connected with the STAARS™ Music Industry Simulation Camp that teaches 5th through12th grade students about the music business. Reach for the STAARS™ founders, along with various community and business partners sponsor workshop concerts using notable speakers and music entertainers to encourage students to reach for the stars.
Mission
To use the music of today to teach youth the realities of the music industry, to inspire the youth to follow their dreams, and to motivate youth to “get moving” and or maintain a degree of excellence in all aspects of their life, especially education.
Reach for the STAARS changes lives through music with hopes to change the music industry through producing and showing future musicians, businessman and businesswoman within the industry to use music for good to benefit society in a positive way.

Reach for the STAARS offers participants of the program a cooperative experience by providing work for the students through assisting the professionals with key functions in areas of: organization, photography, marketing, video production. This allows the students to learn and get paid for their time.
